On my iphone 17 (ios 26.3.1) Firefox is stuck on a malicious website and will not allow me to access the menu, delete the website, or move to another. There is no clear data on the listing in settings/apps/firefox. Is deleting and reinstalling the app my only option?

I use Firefox on my iPhone for checking dashboards from TrendusAI, but recently some pages stop loading completely while Safari opens them without any problem. Clearing tabs did not help. Is there a Firefox iOS setting that could cause certain websites to hang while others still open normally?

On iPad with Firefox 148.2: I often have multiple tabs open and despite block autoplay settings a tab might start playing something. How do I locate that tab without having to open each tab or get an extension? I have seen in some older help results that there was a speaker icon on the tab that is playing, but mine do not have that.

Since 148.0 version o Firefox I can't load pdf document from online e-mail. The document open in a new window but If save it I can only save it in html. not in pdf. It works only, if I use the print option.

I've found myself to rely on Firefox for some specific workflows that require sending emails that are generated automatically by a website, and I use it across multiple devices, such as Windows, macOS.

Unfortunately, when it comes to iOS, using the aforementioned website, when tapping the relevant "mailto" button, nothing happens.

Some months ago the specific website that I use, was failing to do this action on any webkit browser, but this was later patched by the developer and the flow now works correctly within Safari. This was caused by stricter enforcement of "user-initiated" actions.

Unfortunately it seems that Firefox isn't either capable of invoking the mail client, or get the data from the website properly.

Mozilla Monitor says part of my credit card # was exposed but it doesn’t tell me which credit card. Anyway to find out? I don’t want to cancel all of them especially since I just got a new debit card due to fraudulent charges.

Basics = Iphone 11, Current ios and fresh version of Firefox, as of 1/2 hour ago. Today is Feb 26, 2026. For the past 2 weeks, my Firefox search engine has been hijacked by a Google search engine. I can tell bc of the tiny round icon that is displayed at beginning of line where I enter my internet query. I just now downloaded a new version of FF, restarted my iphone11, and am still having the Google emblem showing at the beginning of search entry line. I do not want to use Google for anything, if possible. BTW, all of my internet access is via my FF app on my homepage. Are my searches still “safe” bc I am first accessing FF icon on my home page then secondly accessing Google to do my searches? Thanks so much. 🌷

Hello Mozilla Support Team, I am writing because my primary email address associated with my Mozilla/Firefox account has been compromised and I no longer have any access to it. Unfortunately, this prevents me from performing basic account management tasks. Specifically: • I would like to add and verify a new email address (*censored@outlook.com) as a secondary email so I can later promote it to primary. • However, when trying to add any secondary email, Mozilla sends a verification code/link to the current primary email address — which I cannot receive anymore. • As a result, I am completely locked out of updating or securing my account, even though I can still log in with my password (and possibly 2FA if set up). My new desired primary email is: *censored@outlook.com I have read the official documentation (e.g., https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-primary-email-address-firefox-accounts and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ive-lost-my-firefox-sync-account-information), which states that changing the primary email without prior secondary email setup is not possible for security reasons when the old primary is inaccessible. Questions: 1. Is there any exception, manual verification process, or alternative recovery method available in cases of compromised/lost primary email access? (For example, through identity verification, account recovery key if I have one, or support-assisted change?) 2. If no recovery is possible, can you please confirm that creating a brand-new Mozilla account with *censored@outlook.com is the only remaining option, and advise on how to best migrate my synced data (bookmarks, passwords, history, etc.) if still accessible on my devices? I understand the security implications and that Mozilla prioritizes protection against unauthorized changes — I just want to regain full control and secure my data properly.
