As a retired American Airlines employee, I use fly.aa.com to book flights. I have been having a cell phone problem for the last year where it says "This connection is untrusted'. Go Back. Says owner of fly.aa.com configured website improperly. Firefox has not connected to this file. If I go there anyway, won't take my passworld. I use this app just fine on my pc at home, but need it to travel. A tech friend helped me go around once, but have not used it lately and it's back to the same screen as noted above. AA says its firefox problem.

How to add tineye.com to browser I did tineye.com than https:// tineye.com and said I did it wrong this is so dam irritating bc stupid tineye was like just go to themes add in’s and no u guys have to have some darn tech lingo not helpful for old people what to type bc it’s not correct according to to u guys not so easy to find themes add on and no can’t just add on have to do some special code. Lingo won’t accept tineye.com

Can you let me know when Firefox will launch smoothly after an iOS update? The problem is that when I browse, switching from tab to tab to access the tabs, users can access even a few seconds of switching between open tabs or when accessing a tab. I currently have an iPhone 17 Pro. I should mention that the problem occurred with my previous iPhone SE 2020 model. Apple had already diagnosed the phone, but no errors were detected. I received a notification that Firefox wasn't yet fully available for iOS updates, hence the problem. Unless this is a plugin, I'll check the post to see what I have to say so Firefox can run smoothly. Another problem is that when reading information on a website, Firefox is "cut off" and another screen zoom doesn't help, as I still can't see part of the text on the left. I have linked, synced, authenticated, the whole nine, all my logins are gone, what’s wrong? I’m logged in on my phone, tablet and laptop, still nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Hi folks, I set up mfa on my Firefox account a while back using Authy but now that I need to redownload Firefox for my mobile device I have forgotten my Authy PIN and can't seem to find the account recovery keys anywhere. I may have lost them because of only storing the recovery key and pin record locally on a device I have since formatted and sold. It looks as though it's very difficult to recover via Authy or perhaps not possible (I have one mobile and laptop and Authy has discontinued the desktop app). Is there a way to reset the account so that I can set up my 2fa again and this time keep the access info in a safer and retrievable place?

Hi there - a Google search states that FireFox for iOS or iPad OS includes Total Cookie Protection, but I haven't read anything on your website that supports this, nor have I found the feature in FireFox for iPad OS.

Does Mozilla have plans to incorporate TCP into FireFox for iOS, or does Apple prevent this? The feature is so important to me, I may upgrade early to a Mac despite my M1 iPad having plenty of life left.

I've reinstalled and updated Firefox on my iPhone 15, but still there's a Google logo in the search box, not Firefox logo. I hate Google and don't want it in my searches.

Why is it there and how can I get rid of it?

Initial performance is good, but over time especially when tabs are opened and closed frequently responsiveness to user input (e.g. tab switching, opening/closing tabs, response to hyperlinks) becomes very slow. After force quitting and restarting, performance is good again for some time. I exclusively use private tabs.

So the main reason I use Firefox instead of Google or other browsers is because it specifically *doesn’t* have AI features, since AI storing my information is a privacy/security risk that I am not interested in taking. Firefox is one of the only browsers out there that isn’t annoyingly pushing for AI to be integrated into every single aspect of the service. I’m not interested. I don’t want it. Mozilla, you’re wasting your time and money integrating features that your users DO NOT WANT. Please allow users to press one button to disable machine learning features instead of burying the switches in about:config. I don’t want AI on my browser.
