When accessing the bookmarks from the top-right of the menu bar (the three line icon), the bookmarks shown are only the recent ones. Would like to see them all bookmarks there. How do I configure that?

I am unable to use my bill pay with my bank using Firefox browser. However, I am able to use it logging on with Microsoft Edge. What has changed with Firefox recently? This has only become a problem as of today.

I'm referring to when you hit ctrl-d or click the star, click the location dropdown, and select the choose option to scroll through your bookmark folders to select where to put the bookmark, my menu is tiny and annoyingly easy to scroll too far in without realizing till it's too late. Quick google didn't seem to have a solution, and the support didn't recognize the verbiage at least (not sure if that's on me for wording it weird or what, I'm pretty new to FIrefox and still have growing pains from the switch from the now anti-adblock browser I abandoned). Anyone?

All shortcuts I had for months below the search bar are gone from the home page of ff. Nothing suggested in the past I try ever fixed it. They just showed back up one day long ago. Until today I refreshed FF did not work. When I tried to browse it will not let me access the desktop to attach a photo this is only when using FF.Thankyou

Hi, I had the idea to try Opera browser as I saw various videos about it. Firefox does slow me down at times even though it's what I have used for years.

Soon after, I defaulted back to using Firefox but the settings must have gotten changed. Everytime I wish to log in to any site, I have to type in my email again. The passwords usually are the old ones that show up.

With Amazon for instance. I must sign in and verify with codes sent to my mobile few times a day. I have searched for help online and gone through the cookies and history and privacy settings, turn this on or that off, don't do this and don't do that. Despite all that, the sites don't remember my email logins. If I go from voucher code to another site, it doesn't remember my credentials, so I don't get the deal or voucher. Amazon on my mobile works perfect but on my laptop, it's just a nightmare to have to sign in and verify each time. Outlook refuses to recognize my password most times and so it goes on.

If I cannot fix this asap, I will then have to remove Firefox as a browser altogether and find anything else that works! Please advise. Last time I reached out to Firefox, I never heard back! Fingers Crossed x

I use Google search and do not like the AI overview feature. In the Chrome, Edge, and Opera browser I've added an extension that blocks the AI. What I've noticed when I use FF I see no AI results when using Google search and I've not added an AI overview block extension. Is there something different about FF that prevents AI results from showing without the need for an extension? I look forward to your comments. Thanks

I can no longer sign in to Last Pass on Firefox but can sign in on Chrome. I've been a loyal Firefox user for years. I don't want to switch to another browser. How can I fix this?

Wireless cursor just gone after this last update. Changed the battery and all the usual tap, blow on it, no luck. Purchased a new mouse from amazon and no improvement. I found an article to fix this but cannot find what they refer to or understand the names used. I am just there saying, the what? go were?

There is a lot of sites I visit that I no longer have access to regardless they are HTTPS Makes no sense I'm old enough to know what I can and can't watch Now there is a site I want to use for making money and I am blocked from going to it for no reason I used to love to use Firefox as my preferred browser but it's pushing too far now

Printing a pdf feature cannot scale up. Independently from the choice of file or printer, printing at a scale more than 100% does not change anything. Unfortunately this extends to the "Fit to page width" option - attempting to print a document with pages smaller than paper size produces an unscaled, small document on a part of the page.

Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.

My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

I use FF on a 2012 PC running Windows10. I was going to replace the computer, but a tech shop nearby has recommended (without seeing my computer) updating the hardware within. I have a lot of passwords stored in FF, and I should like some advice regarding protecting privacy by saving them and reusing them on the refurbished computer. Any other comments about refurbishing as opposed to replacing would be welcome.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling m my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that. So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account. I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me some how! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated!
