For some months now when I click on a video that is on a news website, such as The Guardian or The BBC for example, the video screen goes black and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Firefox 137.0.2 (64-bit)

I have installed to Firefox Extension - the latest version - and have paid $19.99 for the lifetime version with updates ... (may have been 1 year - not sure) - however, the sidebar will not recognize any of the YouTube Videos for download.

Please advise!

I can't download ANYTHING on Firefox I've been tempted to switch to Chrome again because of this like why can I not download I don't THINK I did anything wrong either and it's really becoming frustrating I'm sorry

Hello everyone,

until the week before last, I was able to use the Shopify Store/ Theme Editor without any problems with Firefox on Windows (desktop). I disabled Ghostery and AdBlock, cleared the cache, am using the current version Firefox etc.

Without changing anything, I can no longer open the Theme Editor now– I keep getting the error message "there was a problem loading this page." Shopify support could not help and deferred me to Firefox.

A different browser isn't really a solution, although I can theoretically open the Theme Editor on Opera, for example.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this, and access my shopify shop theme editor again via firefox?! Thanks in advance!!

Every time I carry out a search (on Google or on DuckDuckGo), after I have my Google or DDG results I find a tab has been created with Britannica offering a result for the search. I never installed Britannica and I don't want it to appear - I want to remove Britannica from my system altogether. But I don't have a Britannica app in my Settings list of apps and I never intstalled it. It's like a virus. Can anybody help me to get rid of it?

MP4 Not loading:

I have uploaded a few MP4 animated images to our website, but they are not loading in the Firefox browser. It looks like they are getting corrupted. This issue only occurs in Firefox. I’ve also attached screenshots for reference. Can someone help me understand why they are loading like this?

Bonjour, Depuis quelques temps il m'est impossible de marquer les onglets que je désire conserver. La fonction "marquer l'onglet courant" ne fonctionne plus. Sur le même sujet, il m'est également impossible d'effacer les marque-pages que je ne souhaite pas conserver. Donc, pour résumer, impossible de marquer de nouveaux onglets et impossible d'effacer les anciens qui ont été conservés. Merci de votre aide.
