Spectrum recently updated their email systems and Firefox can no longer be used to check Spectrum webmail email accounts. I used to be able to go directly to the webmail but now they make you log into your Spectrum account to get to the email accounts and there is something about Firefox that is not up to their security standards. I am running Windows 7 with the latest Firefox that will work in 7. I am also running the Brave browser on Windows 7 and that works with the new Spectrum system. I prefer using Firefox over Brave so could you please correct whatever deficiency exists in Firefox to make it compatible with Spectrum webmail?

FYI, Firefox on my Windows 10 machine has the same issue.

I just had a firefox tab with a pop up asking me to try ai features... my options were "yes" or "maybe later". How do I stop the slop sales? I want ZERO pop ups... from Mozilla or anyone else! I didnt see settings that would disable mozilla sales pop ups - is there some way to turn these off permanently? I have already turned off the ai features. Really appreciate any suggestions!

Hi! I had a firefox account when I worked for the law firm McCormick Barstow a few years ago. I haven't worked there for a few years. I just set up firefox on my personal computer, but am having problems changing my primary email from my work email (gina.axsom@mccormickbarstow.com) to my personal email (gaxsom@gmail.com). Can you help? I have no way of receiving any codes going to my old work email address which no longer exists. Thank you, Gina Axsom

On outlook.com sign in with password does not work. It gives "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in." Works fine in edge.

for about 8 years now, on and off, on hundreds of OS-es, clean installs of firefox etc. sometimes - not always - typing into the firefox search bar and pressing enter does nothing

i have bit-warden, u-block-origin and stylus installed (but they shouldn't be running on the 'new-tab-page' - is my firefox sync-profile containing some firefox-breaking-errors? (latest Win-11)

When the Global Privacy Control request is checked (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/global-privacy-control?as=u&utm_source=inproduct) a persistent bubble appears at the bottom of the page indicating the request has been accepted. The bubble is annoying. Is there a way to continue to use this feature without the bubble appearing?

HI Since the last update from Firefox. I am experiencing frequent and multiple crashes. so much so I have beenusing google chrome as alternative browser. It would appear to me that the "new" version is unstable. = Version 147.0.4 (64bit).

Do I go back the the previous version? and if so where is it.

Hello, I am facing a strange issue while using Firefox browser. When I try to play LetterBoxed NYT, the game sometimes gets stuck on the loading screen or loads very slowly. When trying to log into my bank, I get the following message: "Bad Request: Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand". I have tried to clear cookies, to no avail.

Every time I try to use my camera or microphone on some websites from on firefox it says can't detect camera or microphone? It doesn't show up with the 'allow this website to access your camera/ microphone' pop up it does with other websites. I went into permissions and manually changed it myself and it said it still couldn't detect the camera/ microphone

I have a weekly appointment in google meet. My main browser is firefox, and when I try to join there is no video available.

I have checked that my laptop camera works in general, and that google meet has working video on another browser, so the issue seems to be with the permissions google meet has for firefox.

Every time I join the meeting, there is the pop up which asks if I want to allow the use of my camera and microphone. I always click allow. Recently, even after doing this I dont have video footage.

The meet page does not say that my camera is off.
