Rasbperry Pi 5 desktop OS -> Firefox 142.0.1 (aarch64) -> Open application menu -> Settings -> Sync -> Sync logged into firefox account -> Syncing: ON -> tap Sync Now -> Syncing... -> complete in 5-10 seconds.

Phone iPhone 11 iOS 18.5 -> Firefox app -> not synced.

It seems I have to not just open phone's Firefox browser, but navigate to the phone's Firefox's Sync settings and then I see Firefox phone app syncing.

Unintuitive, needs improvement or some notification to remind of small human needed interactions.

when i login in to my instagram account it say "your browse dosen't support this page download the newer version of mozilla fire fox to login " also when i login my whatsapp it says the same "update your fire fox" so,i did update as per the instruction and restarted to make it work still both the pages shows the same.

I keep getting sporadic crashes, and sometimes a tab crash (particularly on maps.google.com). I have the latest updates to all my software. What can I do to help prevent these crashes? I am using Pop OS. Videos are not playing in firefox. In youtube it shows loading infinitly. In reddit all videos become green. I tried playing a downloaded video it also become green. These are only happening in integrated mode. If I use hybrid graphics mode all works good. I attached the about:support page and about:config page.

Hello. I am using Linux Mint 21.3 cinnamon and Firefox 144.0.2 When I use Google maps and the yellow small pointer (cartoon) to go on a specific street, the window come black when shifting to street view. My only extension is disabled, hardware acceleration unchecked, cache cleared and cookies cleared. I have made fresh install and nothing help. Troubleshooting mode allow street view to work fine but normal mode don't work. Google chrome work good. Chromium work good. And finally, Firefox work ok on my Linux mint LMDE 6.

Any idea where to go to solve this issue?

A month ago I downloaded Linux Ubuntu 24.04.3 onto my Microsoft Surface Pro. Was never able to get the touch screen to work, but, the printer worked fine. After the recent Firefox update, however, I am unable to print. The preview page does not load. Not tech savvy, here, definitely not an administrator. How do I fix this? Thanks for any help.

I'm using the AI Chatbots plugin in the sidebar and I'm trying to log into Claude, but the plugin keeps asking for a verification code and Anthropic only sends a magic link email which doesn't work in this situation.

While you can disable event listeners in developer tools, the site may still load them later during use. Is there a way to prevent them from loading or at least automatically disable them as soon as they load without using developer tools?

I have lost my tabs after the recent update. They used to show all tab groups in toolbar icon as mentioned here (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tab-groups) in manage tabs section. Only the groups that were open are retained, the groups which were closed are lost. They contained important tabs which I haven't bookmarked. I didn't see any policy of removal of inactive tab groups after certain time, any help would be really appreciated. I use the desktop app on Linux.

An e-banking site that worked in Firefox for years no longer works in 145.0 under Ubuntu Studio 24.04.1 This is the help page for the error I am receiving: https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/145.0/WINNT/en-US/connection-not-secure However, the error message I received (see attached image) is not listed there. Since the e-banking site hasn't changed in ages, I suspect instead something in one of the recent Firefox updates. The site works fine in Safari under Sequoia 15.5 on a MacBook Air, and I can login in Firefox, so I doubt that there is a problem with the site's security certificate. Since both the MacBook Air and the Ubuntu PC are on the same LAN, I also doubt any network obstruction. I haven't found a wax to get any more detailed error information and would be grateful for tips on how to do so. Meanwhile, I would like to at least change from the standart Firefox release to the ESR veersion, but find no information on how to do so. I have currently set up Firefox to be pulled from the instructions in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux#w_install-firefox-deb-package-for-debian-based-distributions-recommended under "For Debian Trixie and Newer" How can I switch from my current Firefox under Ubuntu to an ESR release?

I am now receiving this notice for more and more commonly accessed websites. I get the message if I have https only selected or not selected. Currently receiving for Lowes, Home Depot, American Airlines and more. I can go to a Firefox 135.0.1 browser on a separate desktop accessing the internet through the same router and do not have issues. I suspect I have been upgraded by Mozilla into a less functional browser version for whatever reason that Mozilla does this.
