Audio doesn't work with Firefox. This appears to be ONLY a Firefox problem. Headphones work with Edge. Computer speakers work. In Windows settings, testing audio works. But when I attempt to listen to something in Firefox, there is no sound at all.

When I try and log into a website (lets take a signup page for example) FF will offer me a dropdown of my common usernames and emails, but also the email of my wife.

The thing is, in the privacy settings, there is not username section, only passwords and within that list her email doesn't come up once.

I have no idea how to remove this autofill but there are a bunch of old emails and usernames etc in there that are just in the way and I'd like to get rid of. Anyone any idea how to fix?

My YouTube videos are very choppy and keep buffering. This happens no matter what resolution I choose. My internet connection is fast according to speed tests I've run. I'm using the latest version of Firefox on a MacBook. I've tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, but that didn't help. Can you suggest solutions to fix this problem?

I would like to be able to restrict autofill of my name, address, phone number, ect to only (1 or 2) certain websites. I don't want it to be available for all other websites. Can this be done?

on Sunday, Feb. 02, 2025, at about 20H15 PT, WSJ security monitor "zapped" Firefox browser audio player . While i was texting my son the security was challenged to listen to my keystrokes , from both my iPhone & laptop, while i had music from my speaker system in the background.

My iPhone & laptop "use" Firefox browser. Cannot get sound when i try to play online playlists.

Maybe reinstall Firefox browser on iPhone & PC laptop will correct the problem?

There is no option to save addresses in my Autofill settings as the help article says there should be. I have signed into my Mozilla account and no difference. Credit cards working fine. What's going on?

Recently the autofill of my credit card details has stopped working. I have been into Settings, Privacy and Security and find that the boxes are ticked correctly. However, I also find that I cannot edit or add a credit card. Highlighting an existing card doesn't bring it up when I hit Edit and after I have added a new credit card, it will not save. Somehow the whole feature has stopped working properly. Can anyone help please? Many thanks in advance.

I decided to download Firefox and make it my default browser, so I downloaded it and followed some recommendations I found online for configuring security settings...but for the life of me I can't remember what those are.

Weeks later, I decide to watch Peacock, but the error message says I need to disable my ad blocker. I search for an ad blocker in the extensions but can't find one, so I start disabling other extensions like Facebook Container...but to now avail. I follow all the usual online steps--clearing my cache, restarting the application, restarting my computer, etc--but nothing works. I have the same error with Netflix, and switching to another browser yields the same result. So it must be something wrong with my system.

Can you help?

Hi there! Ever since I believe two days ago, playing videos in the Firefox browser have been giving me issues. Videos often end up looking scrambled/glitchy. It starts off mostly in green but sometimes turns multicolored, and the tab the video is in starts lagging or freezing. At first I thought it was a YouTube issue, but it's happening on other websites as well, even for animated gifs. I tested some videos in Edge, and so far I haven't had any glitchiness there yet.

I currently have Windows 11, and Firefox is up-to-date. I've attached screenshots from three different websites. Happy to provide other info if needed!

Having an issue playing purchased movies from YouTube that have played before for a year on a new HP Envy Laptop. Google/YouTube support had me try to play the movies in Chrome (I use Firefox always) and they played. Google wouldn't provide any further assistance. This is laptop has Firefox as the Default Browser. I believe same settings as my previous laptop, also HP.

Firefox is up to date as well. Any ideas?
