The Firefox browser VPN option and toolbar button for Firefox 150 was originally showing up after a recent update (was not signed into the browser), but when I signed into the account as needed to activate VPN, the VPN toolbar button and options under security settings disappeared. I can't find the vpn button to add back under the 'customize toolbar setting' as suggested. And when I go under privacy and security settings, the VPN section is no longer there. How do I get the VPN options back? I tried signing out of Firefox and then back in. I tried disconnecting 'sync' from the computer and that didn't change anything either. I've updated the browser on all devices I'm signed into to 150.0.1. The VPN toolbar button or setting option does not show up on any device I am using. The only browser I initially saw the VPN options on was the browser that I wasn't initially signed into, and it disappeared after I signed into the browser with the account.

I am interested in purchasing your Mozilla VPN. I need this to work seamlessly with the multicontainer extension. When using multicontainer profiles and the mozilla VPN, does it allow to choose different server IPs for different profiles at the same time?. I ask this because my current provider does not do that. When I install my current VPN extension, it automatically uses the server IP that is logged on the PC VPN porgram. Please clarify this for me before I pay.

When will FireFox VPN be available in South Africa? I've always used FF and really like the way it works. I'm a pensioner (retired head of Cybersecurity) and appreciate that your offerings are free. However if i wish to make a contribution how do i do that? Kudos to everyone!

I just purchased this laptop, supposedly running W11. Since installing FF on it, I have been having two windows open. The first is listed as original profile. Either a few seconds later or some time later, another window opens. With it, a VPN opens. The best I can tell, the original profile may or may not have a VPN open.

I actually prefer the second one, since it is most like the W10 FF I had. The original is blank except for the FF search window.

Why is this happening?

Also, please be patient and treat me like a newbie. It took a long time for me to get W10 and this is completely new to me. Even basic things are taking time to find now.

I use Firefox on a Macbook, and occasionally on my IPhone SE. I have no sense of what 50GB of web browsing means. I play episodes of French in Action from Learner.org. Very occasionally stream movies.

After about 20 days since installation, I have 27GB left.

I used the built in VPN, and now I either have to use private, or use a different browser entirely. I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, restarted both my internet and PC. I do not know what else to do.

win 11. "VPN protection for firefox is on" in settings, privacy/security, in the vpn section I see "get started". double click; nothing happens. I want youtube and X to run without using vpn. Thanks

Hello Firefox VPN installatiion starts with the instructions etc as shown in the image attached Slight problem in that the VPN Icon doesn't appear on the toolbar How do I load it?

When i updated my browser today it showed me a page which said that VPN can be used by clicking on the VPN button in toolbar so i tried to do it but it is not showing in my browser and also it is showing nothing related to VPN in settings.

My firefox has been updated to include the new VPN feature, which I'm very excited for!, but when I click on the VPN button on my toolbar, and after I sign in, I can see the "Turn on VPN" button but nothing happens when I click on it. It's been like this for a couple of weeks now and I just assumed it was something that would be fixed eventually, knowing that this feature is still in beta. But now that it's been a few weeks with no change, I thought it best to actually reach out and bring it to your attention.
