Since a few days (last week of April), when I go to Amazon Prime Video, once I log in, the thumbnail no longer display (see attached screenshot). However, when I arrive on Prime, before logging in, the thumbnails are there (but they might be actual images and not thumbnails). As soon as I log in, all thumbnails disappear and all I have is a text (might be the Alt-Text option for images).

It was working fine over the past weekend. I had a Firefox update at the beginning of the week. I think it somehow messed up my settings.

I tried several things: - clear cash (it clears everything when I close Firefox) - used different privacy settings (was at Strick) - added www.primevideo.com as exception in the privacy settings - was always use private window - had not installed any extension nor plugins - DMR was ON - most of every options were set to OFF or disabled

I tried to reinstall it through Snap Ubuntu 24.04 and it worked but the next day, the problem was back.

I installed Crome and out of the box, the thumbnails are there.

I just noticed that post FF's 150 update, I can no longer drag and drop folders into my DSM window. This has been a non issue for over 6 years and all of a sudden, poof. I did find that you can still to this on Safari, but long term, Mozilla and Synology need to address this. There's already a post on the Synology fourms about it and I've emailed their Support Team to see what they have to day. Posting this here in case anyone has found a workaround in the Config settings pane.

Some faces of a 3d box are now invisible. The HTML is correct and the Inspector shows the faces in pale blue correctly. This worked for many months before the latest update to Firefox. I tried it in Safari and it worked, but I am used to Firefox. I tried Firefox for Developers and it worked until the update today, 5/1/26. Please help.

Since the latest Firefox update, I cannot load my primary banking account, and one of my work websites won't load. I can access both of these sites on other browsers.

I was able to use Firefox for Animoto then for some unknown reason my project disappeared. I can access on Safari. When I try to open Animoto.com in Firefox a page comes up with My Projects page plus Animoto's Create a video and that is all that shows, the page is inactive. Same when I try to log in to my account. My computer is MacBook Pro Tahoe 26.3. I would be very grateful for a solution.

Hello, I am facing a strange issue while using Firefox browser. When I try to play LetterBoxed NYT, the game sometimes gets stuck on the loading screen or loads very slowly. The same website works fine on other browsers like Chrome and also on Android devices, so I’m not sure if this is a browser compatibility issue or something related to caching, cookies, or browser settings.

I have already tried clearing cache, disabling extensions, and updating Firefox to the latest version, but the issue still appears occasionally. Could this be related to browser security settings, DNS resolution, or performance optimization? Please guide me on what settings I should check or change in Firefox to make this web game run smoothly.

Issue persists on Incognito Mode and it goes away if I use different browser.

Since 2 days issue like this happened and it is retroactive meaning all previous conversations are also blank, all replies of chatgpt are blank except replies with image generation, those are fine.

Before you recommend me to do something please keep in mind that Incognito itself does not help.

'bold text YouTube is "acting insane, sound plays/picture is frozen. Can't pause it. Also can't start it! Ads play on without option to skip. I got some notice that YT was changing something, I think it is broken. I managed to get a video to play on MS Edge, but I normally do not use that. I cleared cache and ALL of that, rebooted computer, etc. connection is good. Searches are fine on firefox, Other sites are fine on firefox. . IT IS YOUTUBE! It is SO bad that now with my mouse, the arrow and hand are NOT showing up on the actual screen where video plays. Right now on here it is fine. but on youtube? no.

On firefox, when loading google maps all the labels (Streetnames, Shops Names etc.) appear for a second and then vanish again completely.

This has happened before, back then I've managed to make it work up to now by using an extension to disable WebGL on google maps, however recently the issue started up again.

I've tried: enabling/disabling webgl; clearing cache and cookies, Enabling/disabling hardware acceleration, updating the browser, restarting the browser, restarting the computer.

i have a new website tvbmaloha.com called "aloha bumper stickers" , and the order page does not display on my desktop mac , but displays elsewhere fine . the page loads but it is consistently blank. godaddy has been unable to fix this , as the page loads fine on other devices. any help would be appreciated. thanks ! it displays with crome and safari fine.

Unfortunately the paste is broke once again, but differently! When I copy text from another website (e.g. Wikipedia articles or YouTube video titles) and try to paste the values only (ctrl + shift + v), nothing happens except for a little black box appears that says "paste." Doing a normal paste works and pasting (whether values or otherwise) within the google sheet works as well, only between sheets and another website.

Firefox / Mozilla as configured now, LIMITS my viewing FULL Screen, so that I MISS 'SEND' or other messages. Let's fix this. Thanks This is urgent, as I need to CLOSE an account with another firm by mid-nite tomorrow. Look forward to hearing from you ASAP. David C.

Hi, when i try to upload files on myairbridge.com , drag and drop crash the tab , and when i try to click manually to upload the files i got popup that say if this website is trusted , it happen when i updated firefox, before that it was working just fine .

I can open gmail but it does not refresh. If I clear the cache it refreshes the first time only. Sometimes I get a message saying that my account is temporarily unavailable but I can access gmail with no problem on my iPhone, android tablet and with Google Chrome without any problems. Turning off the Advanced Tracking does not resolve the problem.

As of recently, I have problems with Firefox that do not happen in other browsers. But Firefox is my favorite, and I'd like to have this solved so I can keep using it.

In Zendesk, there is an option "Print ticket" which should open Print dialog and we then can print whole email to PDF. This worked for years, but as of recently that dialog simply does not show. I tried change Firefox settings for printing, but problem remains. Attached is a screenshot how it looks in chrome, and how it used to work in firefox.

As from yesterday, April 17, Firefox will not load correctly https://m365.cloud.microsoft page. It loads, but no element reacts when clicked. I cleared cache, cookies, removed extensions, refreshed firefox, but to no avail.

With Mozilla Firefox for Linux Mint 150.0 after logging into Chase Bank , when trying to pay off my credit card, I get a message: "It looks like this part of our site is not working right now". However the site works perfectly with Chrome, thus the problem must be with Firefox. I have cleared the Chase cookies and still getting the same result.

Symptoms: Gmail rendered on a half window, Youtube video boxes flickering, weird rendering stuff, is this my ancient GPU card? Other browsers work fine. Is it firefox, my Win11 machine, the old GPU? I don't want to migrate to another browser, but this is getting untenable!

I updated both of my laptops to the latest version and now I cannot upload files to https://cloud.nordlocker.com (NordVPN Cloud). Had no issues on the previous version. I get the following - Gah. Your tab just crashed. We can help! Choose Restore This Tab to reload the page. (Screenshot attached). I have tried both restore and close and restarted laptop. I have to use Edge to upload files.
