When I use Firefox to go to a url I have about 5 second max then it crashes. I’m running Firefox 144 on iOS 26.0.1. My wife is running Firefox 143.2 on iOS 26.0.1 and does not have this issue. Thanks. Mike

Onedrivelive.com displays a blank screen when opening from a "your memories from this day" email (coming from <photos@onedrive.com> ) and I have to repeatedly hit the refresh button to get to a normal display of my photos. And then if I click on the photos to display them that screen of rolling, blank gibberish appears again so I have to view them by opening an image in a new tab.

And by gibberish I mean the screen is brownish with waves of dark/light color going back and forth across the screen. (the attached image is what shows up)

This only happens in firefox if I open it in another browser such a edge it displays normally.

A little over a week ago, I noticed icons for the shortcuts on the start page started showing wrong icons for some of them. For example, gmail and reddit show youtube icons and this behavior continues even for the favorites. X(Twitter) also has a generic icon instead of the normal one. Is there a way to force refresh on these or some way to correctly apply site icons?

As above--I have tried recommended methods ie manage bookmarks<save to HTLM file<import/export --I can send HTML file to new pc via email but cannot get it any further what am I doing wrong or failing to do? Not exactly a whiz kid but know a little about this (obviously not enough!) </p>

In the last few days, my Firefox has been changing languages on its own. Today, after an update, a language like Swedish or something similar appeared.

Unfortunately, it seems that the Italian language no longer works. I tried other languages, and when I restart Firefox, they work. I try the Italian language, and it never works.

Why is that?

Often (though not always) Firefox will prompt me to "Make Firefox your default browser" when first run or when run after being closed, despite me clicking "Set as default browser".

According to "KDE Settings / Default Applications", Firefox ESR is the default web browser and the default file association for HTML files. Firefox and Chromium (and I presume Konqueror) are installed. A similar laptop with similar software on it does not exhibit the problem.

What is Firefox actually checking to determine whether it needs to ask "Set as default browser"?

RoBoform sent me a notification that my master password may have been compromised and advising me to change my master password. I did change my master password, and now RoBoform won't accept either my old or new master password, so the app becomes unusable. How can I fix this?

How to fully load a 1-hour long video directly? Now when watching videos, only a short section can be loaded, and it will stop loading after about 5 minutes. After watching the video, the subsequent content will continue to load. How to fully buffer a video in the background while pausing it?

On Firefox 128.14.0esr (build 20250811113756), Linux/X11, the setting browser.tabs.hoverPreview.enabled does change back to "true" every few days, or perhaps browser restarts.

How can I turn off tab previews reliably?

The mute tabs icon is just a waste of space as soon as you get a few tabs loaded and the tabs shrink. I have multiple tabs showing at the moment where I have clicked on the icon and unmuted them when just trying to select them. It does not help that the icons have been placed in almost the exact centre of the tab, at least with the 19 I have showing in a mix of muted/unmuted. Only 7 of these tabs are still muted, although I did deliberately unmute one to check the action.

I would prefer it if these icons are not showing as they are a waste of space and my time. If you hit the icon the tab is not brought to the front as intended so you have to click on them again. I just want the tabs to work like real tabs.

Is there any way to remove the feature altogether? I have after a lot of frustration just reduced the sound for Firefox in the Windows Volume Mixer as I did before tab muting was thought of. I almost never use sound in Firefox anyway.

bold text I use duck duck go, but I want to shut down AI in my search engine. What search engine does FireFox support that allows for AI to be disabled permanently?

The AI answers and responses are colored. I don't want my searches to be part of an AI "learning" moment. My searches should be completed and not "filtered" or "interpreted" but simply the results displayed.

Best advice Modzilla, Don't "loose" me on this request. When I leave something it is permanent; I don't look back. Just saying.

Firefox is ignoring my preferred language and using the Japanese versions of every single website I go to. My only preferred language is English, there is NOTHING else. This has been happening for months now, and the only way I've found to deal with this is to turn on a VPN, and I don't want to have to turn on a VPN every time I'm using this search engine. Just to add extra information, I live in Japan, this wouldn't happen if I were in the US, but I'm not in the US, and the search engine knows that, and keeps putting me on Japanese websites. This is getting really frustrating and it seems like the settings cannot do anything. Also I am aware there is a translation feature, but it takes long to load depending on the page, isn't accurate, and doesn't translate everything.
