Running Sonoma 14.4.1

Safari and Chrome work as expected.

I have restarted and updated both firefox and my computer and disabled all of my security extensions for Canvas. However I still do not have any content loading for assignments or quizzes.

I was browsing a webpage that turned out to be in Portuguese, and I was looking for how to translate it, but the internet indicated that Firefox has built in transation! However, neither the Translate Toolbar Icon nor the Translate menu option appear, even if I visit a site that absolutely should be translatable (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla_Firefox)

Additionally, if I go to Settings -> General, there is a Translations section, but if I click the Settings button, there are no languages in any of the boxes and no option to add any.

I am on Firefox 126.0 for Windows.

Here are the things I have tried:

• Restarting Firefox
• Rebooting my PC
• Disabling all my extensions
• Running Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode
• Clearing my Startup Cache
• Performing a "Refresh Firefox"
• Toggling and Untoggling browser.translations.enable and browser.translations.automaticallyPopup

Does anyone have any suggestions of something I could have missed?

I am forced to switch over to the browser Brave, have been a true Firefox supporter but am unable to change the background from dark back to light, this has nothing to do with the computer desktop settings since Brave, Edge and Google Chrome all are still running with the light background. Please help since I find this unacceptable, have problems reading with the dark background. Regards, Art.

I've used Weebly for website building for many years. After the latest Firefox upgrade, the Weebly editor display labels are overwritten with other text, as in the attached images. I've checked on Chrome, Safari and Vivaldi browsers, none of which have the same problem. Opening in safe mode has the same effect.

I am trying to remove a profile from Firefox and this message is above the profile I want to delete.

This profile is in use in another application and it cannot be deleted.

I have searched the Mozilla support site and can't figure out what application is using that profile.

I'm using: Macbook Pro Mac OS Sonoma 14.0 Firefox v 126.0 (64-bit)

This current version of Firefox (126.0) is preventing Yahoo! Comments from showing/displaying in ANY Yahoo! article. After I finished reading a Yahoo! article, the Yahoo! Comments is viewed but upon clicking on Comments, it just disappeared. It happens in any Yahoo! article with Comments. I used Safari to see if I experience similar issue but Safari is able to show/display Yahoo! Comments upon clicking on them. I have no other browser plug-in or app in Firefox preventing Yahoo! Comments from showing, it seems to be a Firefox JavaScript issue.

Before the update on April 29 I had no issues with my eBay account on Firefox. Now I am unable to get the pages to work properly. I cannot list any items for sale nor can I change any of my items in my store. Nothing saves and then redirects me to the homepage. eBay is one of my trusted seitz so I have no idea what’s causing this. It’s not eBay because my other accounts work fine on Chrome and on Safari. It happened exactly when the last update happened. And the only way that I can actually get back to the original site is to clear all my cookies and log out and start all over again, only to have the same issues over and over. I don’t know who to contact. I’m losing money in my Business every day because of this so I’m going to have to change my browser unfortunately if I don’t get a solution as soon as possible. when i go to my amazon vendor central account i cannot access purchase orders. i get to a blank page that has this code on it:

1. When we press Home button in the app toolbar, It opens a new tab and sends the active tab in background instead of closing the tab. The correct working of Home button is to show Homepage in current tab. For opening new tab, we can use "New Tab" option. Because of this all tabs keep getting stored in background and it's quote irritating.

2. Same for back swipe gesture, the tab gets stored in background instead of closing. For example, I clicked on an Article in Google Feed, it redirects to Firefox, now after reading the article, I swiped back to go back to Google Feed. Now swiping back gesture doesn't close the active tab, instead it stored the tab in background. Because of this too much tabs gets stored in background and need manual effort to remove the tabs.

So, Fix these two features.

As of today 5/20/2024 Firefox stopped saving bookmarks. The star turns blue to indicate the bookmark was saved, but when I check the folder in Bookmarks it's not there.
