I have an old website I no longer use, but my former employee and his family have email addresses on it so I've left it up. The domain is sangelproperties.com - There are 4 pop3 email addresses set up. The WHOLE family accesses email via the web interface at sangelproperties.com/webmail (which redirects to port # based address). His wife and two daughters can login in no problem. But HIS gets rejected (user name or pw wrong). He's typed the pw in, copy and pasted, I've changed it for him to be sure it's right, etc. etc. etc. That said, I asked him to try Chrome just to eliminate the possibility that it's FF and voila he can login on ANY browser (edge, chrome) but not FF. I downloaded FF and set security to be the most zealous possible, checked, unchecked every security and privacy option, and I was ALWAYS able to login to his address no problem.

Crazy stuff. One of those "one in a million" situations. Does anyone have any thoughts?

For the past several updates Youtube when I open multiple tabs/videos it has more and more issues Is there a setting or fix? When I open several tabs of YT videos some tabs never load fully, others not at all, but if you place your mouse over the tab the name is correct for the video even when the tab window is blank. Others will load but then the mouse (on some tabs) will not start or stop the video correctly as if buffering. Does not help to close and reopen the tab Very specific to the same videos in new tabs or new windows with a new tab on the same video. Does not happen when I use other browsers to view them, just Firefox. As if it is having issues accessing certain CDN content, not all

Has been happening for a few months

Onedrivelive.com displays a blank screen when opening from a "your memories from this day" email (coming from <photos@onedrive.com> ) and I have to repeatedly hit the refresh button to get to a normal display of my photos. And then if I click on the photos to display them that screen of rolling, blank gibberish appears again so I have to view them by opening an image in a new tab.

And by gibberish I mean the screen is brownish with waves of dark/light color going back and forth across the screen. (the attached image is what shows up)

This only happens in firefox if I open it in another browser such a edge it displays normally.

Since the release of the PWAs built in feature. The only website I am unable to turn into a pwa is the Gmail web client. All other online google clients work for example google meet or google Gemini etc plus my another apps. What could be a fix?

Being able to tell anyone what's going on is almost impossible. I am thinking of deleting Firefox despite having been using it for years, a loyal customer who subscribes to your VPN. When I log in my pinned tabs do not open the web sites, I'm told I've got connection issues, I've removed the sites from tracking protection, X tells me that is an issue since it only started after the update before todays update. What is the point of pinned tabs if they don't open? If I can't resolve this issue I will use Chrome, All of my pinned sites open there I just have to get used to using another browser, I don't like Chrome very much but I'm pulling my hair out getting no joy from Firefox. There has to be a better way of contacting Firefox than spend ages online as though it's top secret! I'm using windows 11 24H2

I can't open https://english.ahram.org.eg and https://gate.ahram.org.eg/ Someone knows why? Maybe it has something to do with the last update. I think I could open them some time ago. Thanks!

After many years of untroubled use, I suddenly cannot connect to any Rapidgator address on either of my computers: • Mac Studio M1 64GB Sequoia v15.6, Firefox v143.0.4 and • Macbook Pro i9 16GB Sonoma v14.7.7, Firefox v143.0.4 though I have no problem loading the same links on the same devices using Safari. Interestingly, I have no problem accessing Rapidgator links using Firefox on my phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max, IOS v18.5).

This is a big headache, as most of my material is archived using Rapidgator and my workflow is built around Firefox. I have quit all other apps, rebooted (many times), disabled extensions, turned off Little Snitch, but I keep getting the same results. Any idea what is causing this?

I get an error (Sorry, the video player failed to load.(Error Code: 101102))when I try to watch vids on weather network. No problems on other sites (youtube etc.)) Is there a fix for this??

When opening Netflix or Amazon Prime in Firefox 143.0.4 (64-bit) my display shuts off. This does not happen when viewing other video websites like Twitch or Youtube.

I can switch to another display port on my video card to get my display back, however, if I go back to either of those websites and login my display shuts off again. This does not happen in other browsers; I have tested Chrome and Brave. I have disabled hardware acceleration with no change in behavior. I have reset the settings of my browser with no change in behavior. I have disabled and re-enabled the privacy setting "Play DRM controlled content" with no change in behavior.

Why is Firefox shutting off my display when going to these websites?

I have a rather odd question. I have a website with a background video that autoplays made with Squarespace. The video plays fine in every browser, except maybe 10-20% of the time will only pull up the spinning white wheel with black background but just in Firefox. I have been through all troubleshooting, DRM settings reset, Cache cleared, hardware acceleration turned off, browser up to date - but none of it gives me a permanent solution. The video itself is up to correct spec in Squarespace, does anyone know what I'm missing? Thank you in advance.

Spinning circle when attempting to view a news articles. Tried other browsers and they all work Ok. My issue it seems with the FireFox browser. Thank you for any help.

On all our computers it seems impossible to sign into Outlook...several laptops and 3 desktop...even a new Apple device. Enter your email address and then taken to the next page (see attachment). sign in works with Edge! This has been happening for maybe a month. Very frustrating! NEVER opens the next security window, the 'spots' just keep moving forever...selecting "Back" just repeats the cycle.

Since the recent Firefox upgrades, I am no longer able to log into the social security site using ID me. Previously, I logged in with no problem but now get a 400 error message saying the website is too large. Of course I have emptied cache and cookies and reloaded Firefox but nothing works. Apparently the error lies within the Firefox upgrade since before upgrading, there never was a problem logging in.
