Suddenly today when I tried to use facebook, already logged in, I got the message "Account Temporarily Unavailable. Your account is currently unavailable due to a site issue. We expect this to be resolved shortly. Please try again in a few minutes." Yet facebook works fine on Safari and Chrome.
I cleared my settings, except cookies, turned off extensions and restarted firefox which did not help.
What else can I do?-Martha
Facebook when I get the code then I go back to put it in and it takes me right back to the beginning again I can't get it

I tried clearing the cache and cookies. Reset. Uninstalled/reinstalled. I can separately access the website on Firefox.

Hello. I am having issues accessing my email account using the Firefox browser. I use Mail.com. When I go to Mail.com and try to login, I get a page with an error message, code, and request ID. The status code is 429. The message says too many requests and the request ID is aff3b7138f66aa8ba82f43c2af68621e. Does anyone know how to resolve this??? I will also reach out to Mail.com to see if they can help. Thanks!

I have a problem scrolling on some websites, especially on my Nextcloud, which runs OnlyOffice. I cannot scroll using the mouse.
Since the most recent Firefox update, my Gmail shows as just a blank page. The site works on Edge and Chrome.

All of a sudden I Google search in Firefox isn't fully working. I only use Firefox but I tried the same thing in Edge and that works. I can search simple things in Firefox e.g. recipe for beef stew but when I ask for natural recipe for stain remover on clothes for example it just comes up with the word "thinking" and nothing else happens. I have NOT changed any settings. Thank you. Oriel

Normally, I use the FireFox browser to access my gmail.com email account to view my messages. I am not sure what changed, but now when I enter gmail.com on my FireFox browser, I am not getting any response. I do not get the gmail display where I would view my messages. Additionally, I am not getting any error messages, all I get is a blank screen.
Is there any advice you can provide to help me resolve this issue ??
