I lost my Outlook365 with the latest Windows 10 update. When I reinstalled I went through the preferences to select Firefox as my default browser. I have been using this for years and every time I picked a link in an Email it would open a new tab in my existing browser.

Now, regardless of anything I try it continues to open an new Firefox browser, with pages included since this started on the weekend.

What settings am I needing to make to correct this. I have gone through the config settings and selected 0 in the browser.link.open_newwindow.restriction with no success.

I am using WordPress, and the Video Player Element does not display on Firefox, although in HTML code is visible. The same problem appears in Firefox troubleshooting mode if it helps.

Do you have any idea what causes it, and how can I solve it?

Hi - I updated my Firefox / Mozilla browser yesterday and now all types of downloads are failing. PDFs and EXEs alike. I can't an error that says Failed.

And yet, when I use Chrome or Edge, the downloads work fine, soooo - not sure what is going on.

Firefox for Android doesn't handle captures very well it displays the captcha but it's so zoomed in, and it doesn't let you scroll left or right, that you can't see the submit button.

I tried reducing the zoom to 115 but didn't make much of a difference.

cannot log in to 'Host'. at bottom of page it reads : "email adress: Host contacted, sending login information..." thunderbird connects through a bt account and i think some difference has arisen preventing one connecting with the other. there has also been a notice saying the 'bt account settings are out of date' which may be preventing Thunderbird loging in. since the notice gives no further information i have no idea what means or what to do about it. have tried uninstalling and reinstaling Thunderbird but that made no difference. hope you can help, i have no idea what to do and am emailess - which is a terrible thing to be!! thank you steve

The company I work for is behind a firewall. Our systems running firefox are unable to send crash reports because of the secure nature of the systems. I have been using Thunderbird a long time and I have emails going back about twenty years. This means that the built in import/export feature is hopeless. So I copied the entire Thunderbird folder to the new computer. I was able to transfer thousands of emails, but when I looked more closely I saw that my new Thunderbird only went back about 2 years. I would be very grateful if someone could tell a way to make it include the missing older emails.

I updated to 115.11.1 (32-bit) and unified folders will not appear and the option will not stay checked. I have exhausted my options. I previously had 64-bit with same issue so I deleted and installed 32-bit as some said this would help the issue ( I'm on 64-bit windows 10 OS).

I've tried deleting smart mailboxes, virtualfolder and jsontreefolder

nothing is working, I am at wits end. Please help!

I am on a LinuxMint machine (21.2 - Cinnamon), using Firefox for LinuxMint 001-1.0 - 127.0(?)

When trying to access https://onlineradiobox.com/us/draculascastle/, Firefox reports a playback error. Chromium is opening it with no problems.

Firefox is also opening other stations on the onlineradiobox, without a problem. Tried all kinds of setting changes to no avail.

Can you please HELP?

The email associated with my account was hacked and I am seeing suspicious activity around it still. So I am changing the email or deleting accounts I am no longer using. However, firefox wants to send a confirmation email to the one that no longer exists for me to change the email on the account. How do I proceed?
