I accidentally created an addon with the Id I wanted and deleted it. Now I'm trying to re-upload it but it keeps saying the Id Is taken. How long will It take for the system to realize? How do I contact people who can help me recover the Id?

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the latest version for Mac. Firefox appears as open in the Dock but when double clicking to open, there is no menu bar or windows. When I right click on Firefox app, I click on "New Window" but still nothing appears.

On startup Thunderbird 128.3.3 esr Nebula shows startup messages screen but no inboxes or messages are visible, it downloads messages but the display panel and mailbox tabs list remain empty. On restart the inbox screen is populated normally with the downloaded messages. This is intermittent and a restart has always cleared the problem so far.

Hi, I have a WordPress website and when i open it in the FireFox, it show a broken website. However, if i open the same website in the other browser, website open quickly without any issues. I not a tech savvy person. I don't weather the problem is with the website or with the browser. will you Please look into it. Thanks. here is my website link.

My thunderbird program today updated itself from 115 to 128. I lost all the data I had. I had two email accounts in the program. After the update it displays one and an empty mailbox and nothing else. Downloading emails to this mailbox does not work.

I have 5 folders in the location “C:\users\appdata\roaming\thunderbird\profiles” which have 25gigabytes.

What can I do? Is it possible to go back to the old version of the program or restore data?

Over the last few weeks, first some personal emails were coming with content that was line after line of letters and numbers and symbols. But could be read properly via webmail. After some Tech Help that but was OK (but font appeared different to usual) however the other emails from businesses (advertising basically) etc appeared either blank, or just not in usual 'attractive' format with pictures and text. There was minimal text interspersed with lots of info in blue starting with htpps// The same Tech Help people were unable to sort it and said to contact service provider.

Since the update to version 118.02 FF, the downloads now end up in the folder C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp instead of the 'Downloads' folder as indicated in Settings - General (see attachment)

Hello On Paramount Plus I can't play any videos, I just get a black screen with an Error message. Also, I can't play any videos on The Television Academy .com/interviews - there I just get endless buffering on a black screen. I tried removing my ad blocker on Firefox, but that didn't help at all - I still can't stream the videos. I switched to Chrome and everything plays perfectly. What's going on? Why always switch when I like FF? it's so annoying!

Be descriptive. Saying “playing video on YouTube is always choppy” will help us understand the issue better than saying “something is wrong” or “the app is broken”.

When I first open Thunderbird 128.3.3esr, the Status Bar shows messages detailing the progress of querying email servers and of downloading messages. After a while, however, the progress text messages stop appearing in the Status Bar. Email messages download properly; there's just no text message in Status Bar showing progress. When this happens, the Online/Offline button also has disappeared. The blue bar on the right side of the Status Bar still shows up whenever a server is being queried. Is this a problem on my machine alone or with the program?

Hi, I got a big problem. I am facing an error in my Thunderbird client, where I dont find an answer on that specific error. I am getting it on Ubuntu 24.04, 24.10, Fedora Workstation 40 and Kubuntu 24.10.
