Layout of text changes on certain websites

When visiting certain websites, the text on the page rearranges when trying to click on links, making them useless. For example, when visiting https://www.mtggoldfish.com/prices/paper/standard - as an example - when hovering over the links (which also makes a preview image appear), the text on the page rearranges making it impossible to use the page correctly.

This does not occur in other browsers, and the only extension I have installed is ublock origin. The issue continues to occur even when the plugin is disabled.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I checked out the link you posted. When I mouse on a link on the page, a small window opens up to display the item. Nothing moved for me.

As a test, disable ublock.

If there is still a problem,

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

This would happen if the height or width of an element changes when you hover this element.

Are you using code in userContent.css in the chrome folder in the profile folder to style links?
