For the last week or so, while Firefox is open, it shows the account being disconnected. I have FF V 152.0.1, and this behavior becomes a nuisance as I have to log in every time I want to use the application. I tried to clean all the data and reinstall the application, but the issue is persistent. I would appreciate advice on how to correct it.

Hello all, once or twice a week, on my desktop, I have to resign in to my Firefox browser, why? This never used to happen... the past few weeks it is common. All my bookmarks, etc, are synced via Firefox. This is tiresome. No, I have NOT changed any settings, anywhere. Ideas? Thanks

I followed the instructions to access Mozilla Firefox and nothing happened. Then there are unlimited instructions that lead me nowhere? It used to be so simple. That was the original Microsoft approach for new users.

How can I log in to my firefox account to sync on my new PC if I can't verify the email address associated with my account? I no longer have access to that email because my employer phased it out.

Many verification emails have been sent. None of the links work. It’s also next to impossible to find a way to reach you so my account doesn’t get deleted. Smh……..

I am having trouble logging in to my Firefox account. When I try to sign in, it does not work. I have already tried resetting my password, but the issue remains.

How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.
