trying to sync desktop using droid to recover. i tried: set up sync>i have an account, i typed the code on droid. recovery key error appeared and wont sync.
I had to wipe firefox on my desktop because of a virus. i had set up sync but did not save my recovery anywhere. I had also synced my droid but when i typed in the 12 digit code that my desktop generated onto the droid, it said "sync encountered an error while syncing: wrong recovery key. sync will automatically retry this action." i tried to unlink and set up sync again, but i keep getting this error. how can i get my recovery key without losing my saved bookmarks?

Try using the 12 digit code from the Android device, which is already connected to the Sync server, into the Desktop PC to set that device up after the format.
