This may have to do with privacy settings or working in private browsing mode. I noticed it disappeared from the menu when I changed my settings. However, you can still get to it. Put this in your address bar (you may want to bookmark it). This could change in the future, but for the moment, it's working for me.

Do you see the extension in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions ?

This extension doesn't require a restart of Firefox or the computer, so should be available immediately.

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the extension?

Hi Corel, thanks i was seeing it in the extensions, but it had only 2 options (disable or remove). I do not know how to start it, but I guess it has something to do with the fact that it is an extension.I swore that i got it to work sometime before. I will try and read up on it some more. Thanks and I hope i did not waste your time.

Thank you jicfly. i am seeing the simulator now and able to start and stop it by pasting the link you sent. I will check my privacy settings to see if this addressed my original problem.
