unable to print reports correctly from firefox -chnged setting to shrink to fit but it taking a long time and only prints on maybe a quarter of the page

Our business goes to several websites to enter claims, request benefits, etc. When we try to print reports from the websites it takes a long time and does not fit the page-too small. If we print not having to go thru Firefox, everything is fine. Print scale was set on 500%-deleted and chose shrink to fit page-please help
