My computer says firefox is running even after I've "x'd" out. Also has locked up my printer
When I try to open firefox a window pops up and says its already running. Where? Not listed in my task bar. Also wants to print on landscape and only prints 1 page of 3. Locks up my printer

Use Task Manager or similar to find and kill the process firefox.exe

Always try to exit firefox using its menu item Firefox Button -> exit
I go to task manager. It's not listed. That's the frustrating part. Says it's running but nowhere to be found
Also check for plugincontainer.exe it is possible that is what is left running, and maybe that causes the problem.
Did you notice the instructions
- Right-click on an empty spot in the Windows task bar and select Task Manager (or press Ctrl+Shift+Esc).
- When the Windows Task Manager opens, select the Processes tab.
When you use Task Manger you will need to check under
- |Processes| tab -> |Image Name| , and you may need to scroll
(You may not find it under the |Applications| tab)
