I get this error when opening with Firefox: "The proxy server is refusing connections. Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections." I no longer can use Firefox! Please advise!

I have to get on internet with Internet Explorer now. AT&T had to come to my home to help with this problem! Why did this happen? You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"
