when I go to a web page url listed on the qrobe.it search engine my computer crashes... I want to change back to Bing default engine.

qrobe.it Add-on is NOT LISTED ANYWHERE IN ADD-ONS OR PROGRAMS... FOR ME TO DISABLE...OR...DELETE

I have Windows XP Pro...recent updates...

THERE WAS NO "CRASH REPORT" BECAUSE MY WHOLE COMPUTER CRASHED AND SHUT DOWN...AND THEN... FIREFOX SAID IT COULD NOT RESTORE MY PAGES WHEN REBOOTING AND OPENING BROWSER AGAIN

THIS HAPPENED 4 X IN A ROW WHEN USING THE qrobe.it

To try to restore Bing as my default search engine by:

going to the registry and typing under Keyword.URL ----- http://bing.com/search?q=

Bing url...IS STILL IN PLACE IN THE KEYWORD.URL...

Then I went to ...

RESTART WITH ADD-ONS DISABLED...

and this did not remove the qrobe.it

I CLICK IN THE TOP LEFT HAND CORNER OF THE FIREFOX WINDOW...AND CANNOT FIND THE DROP DOWN LIST OF SEARCH ENGINES I CAN USE...

Firefox didn't crash, but I found qrobe to be less useful than google. To remove, go to the search icon on the tool bar. click on the search drop down menu, select "mange search engines." Click on qrobe and then click on "remove." Done.

I had to have another selection like google available before I could select remove for qrobe if you also have that issue.
