No squint acess greyed out on some sites

On some sites the right mouse button access is greyed out and the site is at the default zoom. Consequently I cannot set a zoom level requiring manual zoom every thime the site is opened.

I cannot find any help for this problem in the support section suggested in the reply.

I need to find out why some sites have the No squint access greyed out while others are ok
