I cannot open wmv files since I upgraded to Firefox 4.0

Since I upgraded to Firefox 4.0, when I click on a link that is suppose to opens wmv file, it turns black momentarily then turns to a white screen. I have copied the web address to Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, and it works. It previously worked with Firefox 3.5. Please help.

Could you check in Tools | Options | Applications and make sure WMP is the player selected to open that type of file. You can select it from the list if it isn't.

You can try to disable OOPP for the WMP plugin (dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.np-mswmp.dll)
