FF4 does not block pop-up windows even though I have the "Block Pop-up Windows" checked. The pop-ups are definitely from Firefox, because the url contains the"star" just like the support instructions say. What is going on??

Pop-up windows keep appearing. This is a recent problem. Why doesn't FF4 block pop-up wndows?
