while using my canon printer only on firefox printer error occurs.

while wanting to print with my MX320 canon printer error comes up (unknown error occurred while printing). the save the file as screen comes up and won't print. I phoned canon and the printer will work on IE and on a canon print test. I was then told to get a hold of firefox since it seems it is being blocked here. Just before the last thing I wanted to print I downloaded an email that was being sent to me, then this started. It is now happening every time I want to print on firefox.

Try the reset described here:

On Canon printers it is best to reset all the preferences for that particular model / brand.
