HP help support, for my printer, site will only run on FF 2.0 version. I can't access online support chat with tech for help. I have the newest ver. can I go back to 2.0?

You can go back to Firefox 2.0.0.20, but you shouldn't.

You'd be better off using something like IE Tab Plus (Previously known as Coral IE Tab, I believe) to view the site in IE, assuming it works in Internet Explorer.
