To my knowledge, there is no direct support for thunderbird. That support exists only for fee-paid products.
There is no direct support by phone, chat or email for any free to install and use Mozilla related products including the Thunderbird email clients and Firefox web browsers.
There is direct ticket support for the few subscription based products like Mozilla VPN, MDN Plus, Firefox Relay Premium as part of the subscription.
