SBS On Demand tells me there is an ad blocker or VPN active on my version of Firefox. How do I reactivate them? I have never paid for a VPN so that is dubious/ I can't find an ad blocker.

No advanced tracking protection, but added sbs on demand as an exception and refreshed page. Didn't work. How do I find ad blocker on mozilla? search does not show anything. Am completely annoyed by sbs anyway, but if I want to watch something, this is a struggle. Can anyone help?
