New update deleted all previous restore data

This most recent update changed the location of Firefox data, rendering previous shortcuts useless, and all files were also deleted or rewritten completely when I restarted Firefox. All of my tabs are gone, there is no previous restore data, and there is no way for me to recover all of the tabs I previously had. If there is some way to recover my data after this migration it would be greatly appreciated, but if not, this is an incredibly frustrating update with a migration process that seemed unnecessary.

The tabs still exist in my browsing history, but I see no way of restoring the last session of open tabs, if that helps.
