What are your settings? Some users have had success with these ones:

incoming IMAP: frontier.imap.mail.yahoo.com, 993, SSL/TLS, OAuth2 authentication, User Name = email address. For POP, same except frontier.pop.mail.yahoo.com, 995.

outgoing SMTP: frontier.smtp.mail.yahoo.com, 465, SSL/TLS, OAuth2 authentication, User Name = email address.

At one time, I believe it worked without the frontier. prefix and OAuth2, but with the prefix it might only work with 'normal password'.
