Why is some financial data on emails from my banks or other similar sources blocked from being printed as received on AOL mail? How do I restore ability to print complete and actual copies of these emails?

Is it an empty rectangle in the printout (or in the preview overlay when you tell Firefox to Print)?

Can you tell whether the region that doesn't print is in a separate frame (embedded document) -- here's how to check:

  • right-click that part of the message and look for "This Frame" on the context menu

Note: if your email site substitutes its own right-click context menu for Firefox's, hold down the Shift key when right-clicking to bypass the override.
