Podrias probar compactar la carpetas de correos https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/bandeja-de-entrada-u-otras-carpetas-llenas y/o Reconstruir la base de datos global: https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/reconstruir-la-base-de-datos-global Nota: sugeriría hacer una copia de la carpeta de perfil previamente.
