Hello! It appears that you may have removed the Firefox for iOS icon from the home screen. To recover it, please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to the home screen.
  2. Swipe left until you get to the "App Library".
  3. Find Firefox (it should be grouped under "utilities").
  4. Hold-click on Firefox until you get a menu.
  5. Select "Add to Home Screen"
  6. Check your home screen to see if your icon is back.
