Address book is broken. It was working fine. Now I have added people, edited, and all seems fine at that point. the next time I get an Email from that person it dose NOT see them. And yet if I go to the address book tool the person IS in the list.

What exactly are you expecting to happen when is "sees" them? If yous are talking about display names, it may be you have more than one entry for the email address, and the first found is what is displayed.

Address book is broken. It was working fine. Now I have added people, edited, and all seems fine at THAT time. The next time I get an Email from THAT same person it dose NOT see them and asks me to ADD them to the Address book AGAIN... And yet if I go to the address book tool the person IS in the list. It is BROKE. See attached Screen Prints. These show the E-mail I have added MULTIPLE times, Also DELEATED ALL and started over with this E-mail entry. In folders , right click, dropdown, I see COMPACT. Is there anything like that, OR something ELSE to be able to clean up OR FIX or REHAB the Address book FILE or PROGRAM?
