can't print, nothing happens, can't get print preview to work either. SOLVED

When I click "Print" nothing happens...no dialog box, no printing, nothing happens. If I click "Print Preview" I'm told "the selected printer cannot be found". I can't find any way to get to a print dialog box or to select a printer.

Printer is working fine in every other program including Firefox.

I'm using Win 10, TB 78.12 64bit with Epson ET 5170

Try a reset: Options/General/Indexing/Config. editor, right-click print_printer, Reset, restart TB.

There's about 200 entries that start with "print_printer"...which one do we choose? And none are "right clickable". When I cleared out the setting for the only "print_printer" item, there was no improvement.
