Hello,

It sounds like you have a 32-bit processor/system. Unfortunately the VPN is only compatible with 64-bit systems.

If this is unworkable for you, you can contact Mozilla support by going to accounts.firefox.com > subscriptions > contact support, so they can assist with a cancellation and refund if you would like.
