Copying text or links in Thunderbird

When I'm using Thunderbird, I am not able to right click and copy text, links or anything. The "copy" option is no longer in the drop down menu. Please email solution to ddepinto@depintomorales.com

Select some text with the mouse, right click and select copy works in the body of emails for me. Perhaps try restarting in safe mode (without addons) from the help menu.
