There is no need to transfer profile data in the "AppData\Local" location. This location is only used to store temporary data like the disk cache. All important personal data is stored in "AppData\Roaming". If you move a profile to a not standard location then data that was previously stored in "AppData\Local" will be stored in the new profile folder alongside with data you copied from "AppData\Roaming" (i.e. there is only one location used instead of two locations previously).

Note that best is to use the Profile Manager to create the new profile and only copy selected file because some files may contain absolute path names and thus point to the old profile.

You can copy certain files with Firefox closed to the current profile folder to recover personal data.
