I got this new keyboard the k95 rgb platinum and it has media keys. How do I make the keys work globally without the window being focused or in general making them work on firefox. There was an add on called Media Keys but it doesnt exist anymore.

FF help forum is for FF Browser issue not support for your keyboard settings. That would be to contact the keyboard maker to help you setup your keyboard to work with the Browser.

WestEnd the poster is asking how can I make these media keys work with Firefox so it is relavant as somebody here may have some ideas. The question is not about how to make these keys work with insert any browser or in general.

These are the Firefox Keyboard Shortcuts :

I assume the keyboard since is a media keyboard came with Software from Corsair. No idea how long it sat in the box before you bought it. Version 2.24.50 | Release Date 04/13/2018 is available for download from Corsair : https://www.corsair.com/ca/en/downloads

As how to map and focus, no idea. Will let someone else figure that out if it is possible to do.
