I'm running Firefox Quantum (61.0.1 64-bit) and am unable to print anything on any printer. This includes 3 physical printers as well as Microsoft Print to PDF; none of them function through Firefox. I have tried both wired (LAN & USB) as well as Wireless connections, but am always receiving the same errors (pics attached). I have also tried running Firefox without any addons. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge work without issue. Curiously, I downloaded Primo PDF and that alone works fine.

When I open the print preview first, I receive the following error upon clicking 'print': Printer Error - An Error Occurred While Printing

Hi, thanks for the response. I realized it's my antivirus, McAfee causing the problem. When I temporarily disable access protection and on-access scanner I can print fine. I think my IT group needs to add rules to allow permissions for Firefox. I reached out and are awaiting their response.

Did you uninstall and reinstall each of those printer driver software? Otherwise FF might've corrupted and to fix the print issue is complete uninstall and deleting the Mozilla folder and then reinstall the Browser again.

Hi, glad figured it out, Yes Mcafee and about 5 others are a issue.
