Few days back I was able to setup my Zimbra email account in Thunderbird but now I get only one error as "username or password is invalid". I checked with Zimbra account and Office365 account. Can I get assistance?

There are no Thunderbird servers so the answer to that is no. Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer.

If Thunderbird is having problems finding the settings for your provider get the server settings from your provider and add the account manually.
