I have a lot of bookmarks so I don't keep sync active because it takes about 5 min to sync with my 3 other computers so I only sync about once a week.

How many bookmarks is "a lot"? 1,000? 10,000? 100,000?

How are you measuring how long it takes to sync a device? Plus, the initial Sync on each device will tell the user when that event is completed, but after that there is no visual indicator to tell the user when Sync is working.
