Why are my e-mails listed only on about 40% in upper part of screen - Rest is all asking for donastions? I want only e-mails on this page.

The large text begging for donations takes up most of the screen - it covers the lower ones of my e-mails. It is so annoying. I go into the Thunderbird page because I want to read my e-mails. Why can't I remove or shrink this intrusive message ?

I may be doing something wrong - but where do you see ads? I do not see ads anywhere.

I use TB45.5 and just updated to TB50.3 beta - on my desktop. What are you using (version and platform)?
