For your saved message, Message|Edit as New, or right-click and Edit As New.

A message that you recieved is replied to using a Reply button. Right click may offer you one or more Reply options, but you ought to have a toolbar in the message view with a Reply button too. If you have no toolbar, right-click the title bar or where the tabs would be and select Menu Bar and whatever toolbars are offered. Or press alt or F10, then View|Toolbars and tick the checkboxes.
