WHY OH WHY cant I install webroot filtering extension ?

For some reason the Webroot filtering extension cant be installed on my brand new HP computer running Windows 10. Both Firefox and Webroot worked flawlessly on my older HP computer which ran Windows 7. Both my Firefox and Webroot are running the latest versions. Can anyone help this new-bee ?? Much obliged

I don't see a Webroot filtering extension listed at AMO, just two other "Webroot" extensions. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=webroot&appver=45.0&platform=windows

Can't even try to install that extension if it isn't available from AMO. Addons.Mozilla.Org

Greetings the-edmeister. Yes, I have tried all of your suggestions. However, when I contacted Webroot directly, the various Tech Staff Moderators I communicated with, mentioned that they have the latest Firefox version AND the Webroot extension works just fine with their system. One Tech even sent me a photo showing it installed on their own computer.

Ive opened up a " Support Ticket " so I hope to hear back from them.
