After the upgrade to v 45.0, when I compose a message there are no message controls on the "Write" window. No "send" button, no file menu, nothing. I restarted Thunderbird several times, with no effect. Using Windows 10.

If the Menu Bar is also missing press the alt key to make it appear. From the Menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on. Send is on the Composition Toolbar.

Awesome, thank you! There was no menu bar, no nothin—a bit odd that the upgrade turned off both the menu bar and the composition bar. Thank you again!
