Emails send but never received

When sending an email from outlook the email is received, when sending from thunderbird the email is shown as sent, is copied to sent folder but no one receives it.

I have asked my server guys to check it, the hosting partner is Hostgator, there are other domains on other server it is working fine from those domains as well. Please guide me

First check is to see if your messages are being filed away into Spam or Bulk Mail folders at the recipients' servers.

All the evidence is that Thunderbird believes it has been sent…and your SMTP server didn't rebuff it.
