I just want to make a backup of my email! Why is there no help for something so basic??

I have used Thunderbird for many years. I haven't made a backup in a while. When I try to do it, I do not find that option. Then I do a help search and come up with nothing. WTF??

There are two excelent backup program /add-on MozBackup Is a freestanding program that makes backups of both Thunderbird and Firefox. I use it sometimes.

Then there is ImportExportTools which is an add-on and a good help with other import/export problems. I use it and every 3 day, after I close Tbird it suggest to make a partial backup.
